Trekker Auto Floor Mats & Floor Liners
This product is designed only for the correct vehicle make, model, year, body style, and floor configuration.
Do not install this product in a vehicle it was not designed for.
Before Installation
Park the vehicle safely, turn the engine off, and apply the parking brake.
Remove all existing floor mats or liners from the driver footwell.
Never place this product on top of another mat, liner, towel, carpet piece, or floor covering.
Clean the footwell and remove dirt, stones, packaging, loose clips, or other debris.
Confirm the mat or liner matches the vehicle footwell shape.
Confirm any retention holes, hooks, clips, posts, or fasteners line up correctly.
Installation
Install the driver-side mat or liner first.
Make sure it lies flat and does not curl, fold, buckle, lift, or slide.
Secure the mat or liner using the vehicle’s floor mat hooks, clips, posts, or fasteners where provided.
Install passenger and rear mats or liners in the correct seating positions only.
Pedal Safety Check
Before driving, sit in the driver’s seat and fully press and release the accelerator and brake pedals several times.
Confirm that the mat or liner:
Does not touch the accelerator pedal.
Does not touch the brake pedal.
Does not restrict full pedal movement.
Does not slide forward under the pedals.
Does not curl, lift, or fold near the pedals.
Do not drive if this product touches, traps, blocks, slides under, or restricts any pedal.
If this product does not fit correctly, remove it immediately and contact Trekker Auto.
WARNING
Improper installation of a floor mat or floor liner may interfere with the accelerator or brake pedal. This may cause loss of vehicle control, unintended acceleration, reduced braking ability, crash, serious injury, or death.
To reduce risk:
Use only in the correct vehicle.
Remove all existing mats or liners before installation.
Never stack mats or liners.
Always secure the driver-side mat or liner using the vehicle retention system where provided.
Check accelerator and brake pedal movement before driving.
Do not use if the product moves, slides, curls, folds, cracks, tears, deforms, or cannot be secured.
Check mat position regularly, especially after cleaning, vehicle servicing, or passenger use.
Cleaning & Care
Remove the mat or liner from the vehicle before cleaning.
For rubber mats and molded liners:
Shake off loose dirt.
Rinse with water.
Use mild soap if needed.
Allow to dry fully before reinstalling.
Do not use silicone sprays, tire shine, oils, slippery dressings, or surface coatings.
For carpet mats:
Vacuum regularly.
Spot clean with mild carpet cleaner if needed.
Allow to dry fully before reinstalling.
Do not use harsh solvents, gasoline, bleach, open flame, or high heat to clean or dry this product.
Stop Use & Contact Trekker Auto
Stop using this product immediately if:
· It moves while driving.
· It interferes with any pedal.
· It cannot be secured correctly.
· It is damaged, curled, folded, warped, cracked, or torn.
· You believe it may be incorrect for your vehicle.
