At Trekker, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Below, you’ll find details on our Limited Lifetime Warranty and Return Policy applicable to all customers in the United States.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects, including material or workmanship issues.
  • Defective grommets, NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) layers, or improper fit.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scuffs, fading, or discoloration.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or vehicle incompatibility.
  • Alterations or modifications made by third parties.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Contact our Customer Service team at hello@trekkerauto.com with proof of purchase.
  • Include photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
  • If requested, ship the product back to us. (You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed.)

Warranty Remedies

If the product is deemed defective under this warranty, Trekker will:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product with an identical or comparable item.
  • Issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Used, installed, or damaged items.

How to Process a Return

  • Contact Customer Service at hello@trekkerauto.com to initiate a return.
  • Ship the product to the return address provided. (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
